Once again Co-op Funeral Directors, Chelmsford Star’s Essex-based independent co-operative funeral service, has been awarded with Good Funeral Guide accreditation.
The accreditation was presented by representatives of the GFG following a series of COVID-safe online interviews and Zoom calls, which included branch tours and indepth questioning about our procedures during the series of lockdowns we had across last year. Fran Hall, CEO of the Good Funeral Guide, was particularly impressed with our levels of customer service throughout what had been a very difficult year for everyone.
