
Clients are now able to order flowers and floral arrangements 24/7, with our new online floral service.
The handy new service is the next step on our digital journey, which will see a number of additional developments to our website over the next few months, each designed to help take some of the stress away from those who have lost a loved one.
With this development, clients can now review our full range of funeral flowers from home and make their selections at a time most convenient to them, rather than have to wait for office opening hours to place an order over the phone.
Operations Manager, Craig Jackson, thinks the service will quickly become a favourite – once clients and colleagues alike get used to it being available. He said,
“We’ve been arranging funerals for families in Essex for 85 years now, but our online services are considerably more recent.
My team are so excited for the coming developments, which will be especially useful with many people uncomfortable to leave their homes due to the pandemic.
I hope each will lighten the load for our clients by making the funeral arranging experience that much simpler.”
At this stage, the floral service is only available to Co-op Funeral Director clients, but the service will be expanded in the future.
