Our team are proud and excited to learn that they’ve been selected as Finalists within the Excellent Customer Focus category of the Countywide Business Awards 2021.
The award is for companies or organisations who demonstrate the highest standards of customer care, with this year’s batch of nominees having the added difficulty of continuing their best service whilst negotiating the challenges of lockdowns, social distancing and the pandemic generally.
As a funeral director, to be picked as a finalist for this category this year, with all the hardships, traumas and restrictions surrounding the coronavirus – is an outstanding achievement.
A source at Newsquest (Essex), which owns the local Echo and Gazette newspapers and who run the awards, said; “I can only imagine what the team went through during the pandemic, and we can only be thankful for you being there and supporting those who need it during such awful times”.
The Awards will be live-streamed to all on the 22nd December from 7pm. A link to watch the ceremony will be provided through this website a few days prior.
