We have had a caring team of funeral directors in Chelmsford since 1936 and moved to the corner of Broomfield Road in 2004.

We welcome visitors who would like to arrange a funeral face-to-face and although we do not have a Chapel of Rest on site, families and friends can visit their loved ones at our nearby branch in Great Baddow.

We arrange funerals for people of all faiths and we have a close relationship with our local crematorium at Chelmsford, as well as nearby churches.

Our Chelmsford funeral home is very convenient for Broomfield Hospital and the Registration Office in Chelmsford and we have two dedicated parking spaces behind our premises.

It is easy to access our branch by public transport as we are close to a bus stop and just a few minutes’ walk or taxi ride from Chelmsford train station.

      Sheila joined us in 2010 and takes great care and pride in helping families through a very difficult time, ensuring the services we provide meet their expectations and beyond.

      She was previously a Bereavement Officer at Chelmsford Crematorium. Sheila enjoys spending time with her large family and relaxes by gardening and cooking.
