Our Braintree branch on Clare Road celebrated 30 years of serving the local community by taking a parade of vehicles around the nieghbourhood.
Local Celebrant, Sandra Sykes introduced the day, commenting on the long years we’ve providing support and aftercare to those who become bereaved in the town of Braintree and beyond.
The procession passed the Quadrant Co-op department store, looped around the edges of town and came back past St Andrews Church before returning to the branch. It was followed by tea and cakes, plus nostalgic chat from local residents and Braintree Funeral Directors employees, past and present.
